These terms govern your use of this website. They are written to be readable rather than exhaustive.

Using this website

You are welcome to browse this site, share links to it, and contact us through it. You may not copy its content, photographs or written material for commercial use without our written permission.

Our portfolio

Every project shown on this site is labelled as one of two things:

• Completed work — projects designed by the studio and photographed after execution.
• Concept design — design visualisations produced by the studio to illustrate our approach. These are clearly marked wherever they appear and are not represented as completed client projects.

Project descriptions are based on what is observable in the accompanying photography. Where a location, completion date or other detail is not stated, that is because it was not available — not because it is being withheld.

Enquiries and consultations

Submitting an enquiry or consultation request through this website does not create a contract between us, and does not oblige either party to proceed. It is a request to begin a conversation.

Any indication of budget, timeline or scope given during that conversation is preliminary. Formal scope, fees and timelines are set out in a separate written proposal and agreement before work begins.

Design fees and project terms

Fees, payment stages, revision rounds, deliverables and the extent of execution supervision are defined per project in the signed agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a quotation or an offer capable of acceptance.

Third-party execution

Where a project is executed by contractors, fabricators or vendors not engaged directly by us, we are responsible for design intent and for the coordination scope set out in the agreement. We are not responsible for the workmanship, timelines or warranties of parties we did not appoint.

Intellectual property

Drawings, specifications, visualisations and other design documents produced by the studio remain our intellectual property. On full payment, the client receives the right to use them for the project they were prepared for. They may not be reused for a different property or passed to another designer without our consent.

The name UV7 Design Studio and our logo may not be used without permission.

Accuracy

We keep the information on this site accurate and current. Interior design is not an exact science, and nothing here should be taken as a guarantee of a specific outcome, cost or duration for your project.

Third-party links

This site links to external services such as Instagram and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your visit is the one that applies.
